Mr. Barkman not only plays for his audience, he has an entire presentation that provides the background of this amazing instrument that includes audio visual materials. He also is available for questions and works with residents who may even want to “try for themselves” to see if they can create different sounds.
Jeremiah has incredible patience with all people and his performances can be specifically keyed to all audiences. He has worked with dementia residents and his music can be quieting or his renditions can be spirited to inspire even the most timid resident to “try their hand” at making their own music.
